I didn't plan to pursue a career in technical writing and editing, but I love helping other people succeed. After earning a bachelor's degree in political science, I discovered my passion for turning complex information into something people can actually use. This led me to pursue a master's degree in technical writing, and I’ve been writing and refining information ever since.
 
Over the past 30 years, I’ve worked with companies across industries—including finance, technology, and business services—developing documentation, streamlining processes, and editing content that drives results. I've always been drawn to how clarity and function intersect: a well-organized report, a user-friendly help guide, a presentation that lands just right. For me, the real reward is seeing clients succeed because their message is strong, clear, and professional.
